Immunohistochemistry and high-resolution confocal microscopy images of human gastric mucosa and muscle were collected to characterize nerve fiber populations. Dense distribution of both VIP and GRP innervation was found across the human fundus and corpus, with moderate density innervation of VAChT and NPY within the corpus and less innervation of TH and TK across the fundus and corpus."}}
