Briefly, functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI) was performed to access the whole brain neural activity. The stimulation was delivered with afferent/efferent vagotomy. This imaging session was repeated multiple times for each animal to achieve better results. Ten rats were included in this experiment. The same trial was repeated six times for each animal and generate six nifti file for fMRI data and six mat file for stimulation information. The size of the raw data is 11GB."}}
